How It Works:

If you find an identical first aid training course offered by a competitor at a lower price, we’ll match it — or beat it.

Requirements:

• The competing course must be identical  in content, certification, and duration.
• The competitor must be a legitimate,  accredited training provider.
• Price match requests must be made before booking or within 7 days of purchase.
• Must provide proof of the lower price (e.g., website link, quote, flyer).

Exclusions:

• Promotional or limited-time offers (e.g., flash sales, bundled packages).
• Prices that include corporate/group  discounts or special arrangements.
• Courses delivered outside of our standard service area.
